Sherif El-Henaoui
Sherif is a multi-cultural ideator, business leader, Certified Coach (IPC ACC, Gallup StrengthsFinder), generalist in management, strategist and changer. By education, he is an electrical engineer holding a PhD in Telecommunications with 25+ years of professional experience and 10+ years of senior management tenure.
He started in academia and then moved to a broad range of industries, including Telecom, High Tech, Management consulting, software, and industrial automation. Within the latter, he focused on energy, particularly wind energy, as well as industrial services.
Sherif spent his professional career in four countries - Germany, Egypt, France, and Italy. He worked in over 15 countries worldwide. He now lives in Switzerland and speaks five languages: German, Arabic, French, Italian, and English.
Sherif’s purpose is to inspire clients to contribute towards a fair business ecosystem where we do what we believe is right and are satisfied with how we do it. His vision is to revolutionize the working ecosystem.
Carmen Brucker
Carmen is a Business Coach and Trainer and specialises in systemic and strengths-based coaching. She holds a degree in International Business Administration with 15 years of professional experience.
Carmen worked for both small start-up companies and global enterprises, both nationally and internationally. In various roles, she was responsible for Project Management, Marketing Communications, Process Development and Optimisation, Business Development, Key Account Management, and Sales, with and without managerial responsibilities. In 2012, she completed her coaching education as a systemic coach.
Thanks to her empathetic nature and her ability to make companies and teams leverage the individuality of their employees, she is able to empower people in their working life - managers, employees, teams or entrepreneurs.
Carmen is fluent in German, English and French and speaks some Spanish. She is living in Germany in Greater Stuttgart.
Annette Ott
Annette is a Certified Strengths Coach (Gallup), Facilitator for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, and Trained Mediator (KfM).
Annette’s professional focus lies on two pillars: coaching and HR interim management. In both areas, Annette combines strategic HR expertise with a deep understanding of people and organizational needs. Having worked in start-ups, SMEs, and multinational corporations in Germany and Switzerland, she is experienced in driving transformation while maintaining a strong human connection and fostering productive cooperation.
Annette’s approach centers on effective communication, self-management, and self-reflection to increase mutual understanding and constructive collaboration in today’s fast-paced world. She brings empathy, structured creativity, and authenticity to every professional relationship.
With more than three decades of professional experience in financial institutions, consulting firms, public administration, and private industry, she remains curious and eager to learn, continually updating her knowledge and methods to the benefit of our clients.
A native German speaker fluent in English, Annette lives in Switzerland and is active in the DACHFL region.
Kirsten Laasner
Kirsten is a certified systemic business coach (ICA) and trainer, focusing on stress management, self-organisation, personality development, and resource strengthening. She specialised in target-oriented communication and strategic preparation for discussions as well as team development and value-oriented leadership work.
In addition, she is intensively working in transactional analysis, grief counselling, goal setting, health and serenity in life.
A graduate in social sciences, she has led and moderated national events and EU projects as a scientific consultant. She looks back on more than 20 years of professional experience, of which more than 12 years as a freelancer.
Kirsten worked for many years as a project manager, facilitating large events, international trade fairs, and conventions. She advises small and medium-sized companies on public image and product launches. Kirsten also trains small teams in technical innovations and challenges.
Her guiding principle for her professional and private life: "We do not go any way without a goal. Detours increase knowledge of the place".
Kirsten is characterised by empathy and strategic thinking. She speaks German, English and some Spanish. Kirsten lives in Germany in the Hamburg area.
Sabine Baumann
Sabine is an experienced project manager, consultant and language instructor.
She worked for both small and multinational listed companies in consultancy, FMCG, and the manufacturing industry in Switzerland and Italy.
Sabine holds a certificate in Gallup CliftonStrengths.
She lives in Northern Italy and is fluent in German, English and Italian.
